12 km south of city centre, Bus: R$2-4, line 11, 30, 102, Airport Executive Bus: R$12, line 113, 113.1 & 113.2, Taxi: from R$35-50 approx, Uber available, Free shuttle for terminal transfers

Rodoviária Bus Terminal
Central Bus terminal, Connected by Public transport, buses from airport, Metro station -Shopping. Restaurants, public facilities are available here.

public transport system consist of Buses and metro, which has 2 lines. Rodoviária is a major junction of Metro and bus terminal. which connects with airport by bus as well as Rio, Sao Paulo and other cities by buses. take about 10-15 hrs to reach the coastal cities.
Taxis and Uber are better way to travel in Brazil because of safety reasons and. fares are about R$5.5+2.5/km in the city. 
Tickets: Bus ticket R$2.7 – 3.8, Metro Ticket around R$3.
