Brno is the second biggest city of Czechia. It has a history over a millennium. located in the southeast of the country, near Austrian border. It is an important destination between Prague and Vienna route. Brno serves home to less than half a million people, it has student environment but tourism is not like in Prague.

10 km Southeast of city. Bus: 25 CZK / 6 CZK(under 15) – line E76 or N89(night bus). Taxi: 300-450 CZK (depends on distance). Impuls Taxi / Top1 Taxi / City Taxi Brno.
under renovation work : Get your train at Brno dolní nádraží or at Brno-Židenice. Station is connected by Public transport, Bus and trams. Connection to airport via Bus line E76 or N89 during night 11pm to 5am. Public facilities including shopping, restaurant and luggage storage available here for 100 Czk / 24 hrs. Supermarket is just outside.
Brno Bus Terminal /Brno Zvonařka
It is Main Bus Terminal of the city, but Buses do stop near Main Train Station. exit, take right and walk for 5 mins. It is well connected by Public transport, it is near Brno Dolní Nádraží Train Station and 10 mins walk from Main Train Station. take bus 61 from main train station. its free. public services including restaurants, some shops are available here

Transport system consists of trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses. Tickets can be purchased from ticket machines at stations, in some tobacco shops or ticket office in major stations, in the buses for little extra. example: 60 min single ticket is 35 Czk in the bus.
